The RET (10q11.21) Break Apart FISH Probe is a dual-color assay designed to target sequences flanking the RET gene region on chromosome 10. The probe uses Orange and Green fluorophores to label regions on either side of the RET locus.
This configuration allows visualization of the structural arrangement of the RET genomic region in research applications.
