The ERG (21q22) Break Apart FISH Probe is a dual-color assay developed to target sequences flanking the ERG gene on chromosome 21. The probe components are labeled with Red and Green fluorophores, each binding to opposite sides of the ERG locus.
This dual-color format allows visualization of the ERG genomic region and its structural configuration within research samples.
