Description
The ALK (2p23.2) Break Apart FISH Probe is a dual-color assay designed to target sequences flanking the ALK gene region on chromosome 2. The probe uses Orange and Green fluorophores to label genomic regions on either side of the ALK locus.
This design supports visualization of structural organization at the ALK gene region in interphase or metaphase cells using fluorescence microscopy.
