Multi-Color Chromosomal Analysis in Urine Specimens

The UroFocus FISH Probe from Empire Genomics supports chromosomal analysis in exfoliated cells collected from human urine specimens. Designed for fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), this multi-color probe set enables visualization of specific chromosomal regions associated with genomic copy number changes and locus-specific alterations.

Because urine specimens contain naturally shed urothelial cells, they provide an accessible sample type for cytogenetic evaluation and molecular research applications. UroFocus allows laboratories to assess multiple chromosomal targets simultaneously within a single hybridization event.
