Description
The IGH (14q32) Break Apart FISH Probe is a dual-color assay designed to target sequences flanking the immunoglobulin heavy chain (IGH) locus on chromosome 14. The probe incorporates Orange and Green fluorophores that bind to regions on either side of the IGH gene.
When hybridized, intact loci produce closely paired signals, while structural separation results in distinct orange and green signal divergence. This configuration allows visualization of structural changes involving the IGH region.
