INTS3 FISH Probe
The INTS3 FISH probe is designed to hybridize to the INTS3 gene and is primarily used for detecting amplifications and deletions associated with the gene. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe can be labeled in one of five colors. Each probe is sold in a 20 test kit (approximately 20 slides - 22x22 mm area) and includes hybridization buffer. Please note that due to design optimizations, prices are subject to change.

Gene Summary
The protein encoded by this gene can form a complex with human single-strand DNA binding proteins 1 or 2 (hSSB1 and hSSB2) and other proteins to mediate genome stability and the DNA damage response. The encoded protein is also part of a multiprotein complex that interacts with the C-terminal domain of RNA polymerase II large subunit to help regulate processing of U1 and U2 small nuclear RNAs.
