FBXL6 Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ FBXL6 Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the FBXL6 gene and is typically used for detecting FBXL6 rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in green and orange by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

Gene Summary
This gene encodes a member of a family of proteins that are characterized by an F-box motif. The encoded protein also contains leucine-rich repeats. F-box-containing proteins comprise one of the subunits of the SCF (SKP1-cullin-F-box) complex, which functions in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2013]
