ADAR Break Apart FISH Probe
Empire Genomics’ ADAR Break Apart FISH Probe is designed to flank the ADAR gene and is typically used for detecting ADAR rearrangements such as translocations. This probe is FISH confirmed on normal peripheral blood metaphase spreads and interphase nuclei. The probe comes labeled in green and orange by default, but may be customized to meet your needs.

Gene Summary
This gene encodes the enzyme responsible for RNA editing by site-specific deamination of adenosines. This enzyme destabilizes double-stranded RNA through conversion of adenosine to inosine.
